I would like part 2 of your Dreamweaver/Joomla article please, I have been a developer for 6 years, and have tried over and over to figure out Joomla, and now I believe I could understand it, but part 2 would really help.

Thanks, and great work. - jerryLee

Hello,
I read the article and it sounded like what I was looking for. I am not a very experienced Joomla user and I would very much like to learn more from your article part 2 or to buy the book.
Can I get any of the two?

Thanks

Fantastic Blog, just stated out in Joomla, coming from 10 years in traditional web development, and finding Joomla a tad confusing when coming to the finer tunes and tweeks... Your blog seems to be the answer to my headachs, please send me the draft of part 2... Please, please, please!!!! - Renier Van Niekerk

The continuation to this article

Thank you for the kind comment. I was planning to do a "part 2" of this article sooner rather than later, but then I submitted the idea of writing a book to a publisher thinking they would not be interested.
However, they are interested and naturally I had to stop updating the article or I risk jeopardizing the book.

I am sure that if a reader were to search for an older article I wrote (about Joomla 1.0 and DW 8) and use a bit of imagination, they would be able to figure out the rest.

The idea is not that it's such a revolutionary system, but it's faster than anything I have ever used. It's a guide on how to work effectively. And it's not only for Joomla. I have used the system with Drupal, Typo3, Zen cart and Wordpress just as effectively.

Anyone reading this: send me an email (with the contact form) and I'll send you the draft for part 2. I really wish I could publish the article but I really want to wait and hear from the publisher first. - The author

great start to this topic... really interested in your work flow as I'm just starting out in Joomla development and don't want to re-invent the wheel. Are you planning on following this up as you have indicated and if so when....I am looking forward to it. - Brent
